term contracts of between 1 and 12 months are available. Seasonal Madness rents based on a 12 month contract and include Council Tax, Gas, Electricity and Water and Ground Rents/Service Charges. Add 5% for more than 6
months but less than 12 or 10% for less than 6 months. Add £99 for a Couple. A Winter Fuel Supplement of £1 per day may apply between
October and March subject to whether or not all bills are included in your rent. The Media Package which includes the phone line rental, broadband WIFI, Flat Screen HD TV in Lounge and TV License is £4.99 - £9.99 per week depending on whether Sky Sports and Movies are included and whether you require this service provided including a TV to your room. The Maintenance Package is £2 - £4.99 per week and covers the cost of a retained Maintenance Engineer on call 24-72 hour response. Other cost may apply subject to your individual contract requirements all of which will be explained clearly in your offer email. e.g. If you require a TV in your room or if you would like the services of a cleaner etc. The photographs shown may not show the actual room/home interior as it is today as we continually make improvements to our rooms/homes and room layouts and decoration do vary from time to time.
